Comment:
Government of India has to pass the bill to finalize the complaints within stipulated time limit as comments passed by the President of India that “delay in judiciary is injustice to the people. To save from injustice case should not be prolonged & it should be banned. People are fitting the case by selling their property, ornaments etc to obtained justice."
This is the only institute who is handling cases against their notified CAs so there must be time limit otherwise purpose will not be fulfilled. Prime minister had in his speech also advised the president of CA institute to ensure the correct measure to save India. I think advice is not enough, concrete amendment is required at once.
Thanks.
