The Public Information Officer (PIO) replied to the application but the appellant was not satisfied with the reply and filed an appeal with the First Appellate Authority (FAA). The FAA also stated that the rest of the information desired by the appellant was under the purview of the concerned State Government and requested him to make a fresh application to the concerned Department.
