Disrobing of public officials in the name of RTI would stop
12 Nov, 2012I would welcome the Delhi HC order in the case of G.S. Narang which is based on the Girish Deshpande case of SC. The disrobing of public officials in the name of RTI would stop by virtue of these orders. It is seen that the yellow journalism was taking over the RTI movement with demand for disclosure of personal details of officials with no involvement of public interest.
