Is payment of pensionary benefit is a public activity?

Comment: The medical expenses were incurred from the public fund and the payment thereof is a public activity. So personal information on public activity does not fall u/s8(1)(j) payment of pensionary benefit is a public activity. Submitting a false medical certificate is fraudulent. Denial of
such information prevented RTI applicant to highlight malpractices. So the scope and object of RTI act defeated. It is better to abolish the RTI Act and information commissions since they are not fulfilling the purpose of act and the RTI applicants are wasting their hard earned money.
