The Right to Information Act should be scrapped

Comment: Act has become toy to play, in the hands of ICs. They act as per convenience of Public Authorities, going to an extent asking applicants to go to High Court to get the information. HOW one can expect any right directions from the IC's. The Act should be scrapped in the interest of political parties and citizens who cannot afford to go to court after 12 months of filing the application. .
