Try to conduct study where cases were directly disposed off by Dy. Registrar

If possible try to conduct study where cases were directly disposed off by Dy. Registrar on the old file nos. This study is more difficult as the decision do not appear on web. My own non comply of order by Bank of India Pune Zone was disposed of by Mr. Dhiren Kumar case no: CIC/SM/A/2011/000580/SG. I am trying to find a way to complaint but did not found some way out. There may be many others like me.
