FACTS:
1. The appellant sought copy of all the memorandums issued to the appellant NSSO (FOD), Agra Regional or Central Zone, Lucknow or NSSO (FOD) Head Quarter, New Delhi, copy of clarifications submitted by the appellant, list of all memorandums and clarifications. The CPIO replied on 21.03.2018 stated that the information sought by the applicant id frivolous and vexatious and information sought cannot be disclosed under section 8 (1) (h) of RTI Act.
Decision :
2. Mr. Rakesh Kumar, CPIO, submitted that the second appeal of identical subject-matter was heard and disposed on 07.08.2018. The appellant was accused of submitting forged figures for national level estimates of agricultural products without conducting field inspections.
3. The Commission takes note of the fact that the appellant has filed multiple RTI applications of similar nature. The appellant has filed such applications seeking information related to charge-sheet and inquiry conducting against him. The appellant is advised not to file multiple RTI applications and the Public Authority is authorized to reject applications with identical subject-matter heard and disposed by this Commission earlier. The Commission finds the action of the Public Authority appropriate and no further intervention is required.
