An RTI appeal was received in the organisation.
Reply to the RTI was forwarded by speed post on the address given.
This reply was returned by PO with the remarks "INCOMPLETE ADDRERSS"
There is an e mail id given in the RTI. However, this e mail address does not appear to be authentic.
Can reply be sent on personal id which appears suspicious?

In a purely legal sense, you have fulfilled your responsibility. You should retain the postal reply for records to defend your version if the appellant files an appeal.
By the way, what makes you believe that the e-mail is not authentic? What is the harm in sending a mail?
