The Commission noted that the PIO in his reply has stated that the information related to the UN Division is enclosed at annexure-B which the appellant claimed not to have received. The Commission directed the PIO to provide the information. Further, the Commission accepted the Appellant’s contention that it would be good practice for the PIOs to mention the date on which the RTI application was received by them in their replies.
