Information sought
The appellant started RD no. 2394017 amounting Rs 500/- per month in PO Chowkdabazar from Sep. 2009, he wants to know the date of its maturity and if the payment of the same has been made provide the date on which the payment was made and to whom the payment was made.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

The applicant stated that her pass book and other documents are in the possession of her father-in-law with whom she has a dispute. She further stated that she has ‘aadhar card’ and ‘voter card’ to prove her identity. The CPIO’s representative stated that if the applicant visits the post office along with proof of identity he will furnish the information.
Decision notice:
As stated by the CPIO’s representative he should provide information to the applicant as soon as she produces proof of her identity.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
