ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought information pertaining to agenda for relaxation of Rule17 of the DDA (Disposal of Developed Nazul Land) Rules, 1981 sent to Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for consideration and issue of final notification as mentioned by DDA in letter dated 10.04.2018. He specifically sought for certified copies of date of receipt by the respondent authority office and inward number; daily progress from date of receipt till date of the RTI application including the names, designations, office address and official mobile number with whom agenda was/is lying; evidence of receipt and dispatch of subject agenda in the offices of each of these officials; number of days within which matter of representation should have been resolved according to rules or citizens charter or any other order or public service enactment along with a copy of the relevant rule etc. through 8 points. The CPIO on 27.04.2018 provided point-wise information. The FAA on 30.05.2018 provided additional information. Being dissatisfied, the appellant approached this Commission.
Decision:
2. The appellant showed a clipping of Hindustan Times, New Delhi edition dated 21.11.2017, which says that the Delhi Development Authority had decided to allot plots to applicants of its 1981 Rohini residential scheme who had bought property in the national capital after the last date of submission of applications. It was further held that nearly 82,000 people had applied for plots under the scheme and 14,000 allottees are still waiting to get the possession. In this regard, the appellant sought file notings and action taken on the decision of Delhi Lieutenant Governor Shri Anil Bajjal.
3. The officer stated that the file pertaining to allotment/possession of plots is still under consideration. In view of the above, the Commission directs the respondent authority to facilitate inspection of documents and provide certified copies of selected documents upon receipt of requisite fee.
