Comment:
In my case I had filled an RTI to the law department in Bihar. On last date of the maximum time limit for the reply, the PIO wrote letter to the Excise department PIO by stating that it doesn't fall under department of law.
So as per section 6(3) of the RTI act the RTI request had to be transferred to other department within 5 days of receiving the application.
Whom to complaint on it, under what section please guide me?
