Sewa Hami Adhiniyam to be introduced in Maharashtra

Just after taking over the charge as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis had talked of the Right to Services. A new Act namely, the Guarantee to Services Act, which would give the citizens the right to certain services in a time bound manner is said to be in offing. To be termed as Sewa Hami Adhiniyam in Marathi, the draft notification for the Right to Services Act is being finalized and is likely to be submitted to CM Devendra Fadnavis before December 3. The Act is likely be similar to the Act as working in other states and shall be either during the winter session or in March 2015.
