Bombay High Court RTI Rules also have ultra vires provisions
4 Mar, 2013Ref - Who would teach law to the High Courts of the Country?
Bombay High Court RTI Rules also have ultra vires provisions & a bogus non - est Rules for the District Courts. The Chief Justice of Bombay High Court has the assignment for challenging the vires of any Act, and I find it wise not to challenge these Rules in the Bombay High Court and challenging in the SC is inconvenient and costly for me. On the other hand, I feel RTI Activists should upgrade themselves to Human Rights Activists and fight also for the HRs implementation in Courts, Human Rights Courts, Human Rights Commissions taking into consideration the Paris Principles and the UN Declaration on Human Rights Education and Training, r.w. relevant provisions of Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 and the Constitution of India.
